 Houchins to present concert Sept. 9

Jason Houchins, known for his passion for country music, is set to perform at The Colonial Center in South Hill, Virginia, at 7 p.m. on September 9.  Brian Houchins , titled "The Dirt Road," will feature a range of country music, from classics by Hank Williams to modern country artists. Houchins will be joined by guest performers throughout the evening.

About Jason Houchins:

Houchins has been singing for over 30 years, having been taught guitar by his father at the age of 12.
His grandfather introduced him to classic country music, which sparked his lifelong love for the genre.


Brian Houchins  has been performing since his teens and has previously participated in several C.A.T.S. Community Theatre productions at The Colonial Center. His last solo performance at The Colonial was in 2018, which was well-received and led to this return engagement.

Adult tickets are priced at $20 each, and child tickets (for ages 12 and under) are $15 each (not available online).
